Circuit Robots

Circuit Robots are contraptions that light up after creating a parallel circuit! Students are tasked with the challenge of lighting up their LED robot eyes by using a multitude of materials. Students will learn different concepts like what a circuit is, what a power source does in a circuit, how electricity moves throughout our circuit and why! They will then apply their knowledge of electricity and circuitry to create a parallel circuit. Following the Engineering Design Process to create a doodle bot that has a power source, conductors, and two lit up lights, after creating students will  improve their robot designs based on observations and tests.
