Mindfulness and Movement
Join us for a new program to promote healthy minds and bodies for ages 2-5. We'll learn about what it means to be mindful and be aware of our bodies and the world around us through stories and movement. Children and their caregivers will stretch, meditate and move together through different yoga poses and group activities.
